  3. Enhance your breathing and blood circulation

In a few years

  1. Reduce by half your risk of having bladder and cervical cancer and stroke
  2. Reduce by half your risk of having lung cancer 10 years after quitting
  3. Have the same risk of getting a stroke as a non-smoker between 5 and 15 years after quitting.
