Doubts about quitting smoking

  1. To stop smoking you do not need to be 100% sure.
  2. It is normal to have doubts about quitting.
  3. Always remember of the advantages of quitting. It is really the most important thing you can do to improve your health.

The friendship with the cigarette

In most of the cases, there is a strong bond with the cigarette due to:

  1. The physical dependence caused by the nicotine in the cigarette.
  2. The psychological dependence as in the case of using the cigarette during stressful situations.
  3. Associating behaviors and situations with smoking when: drinking alcohol, after eating and when watching TV.
