How to overcome the fears

Many smokers give up quitting due to their fear of gaining weight or failure.

Weight gain

  1. The average weight gain varies from 4.4 to 8.8 punds (2 - 4 kg).
  2. Some smokers may lose weight during a quit attempt.

Fear of failing to quit

  1. Stopping smoking is not easy. Smokers usually try about 3 to 5 times before finally succeed quitting.
  2. We prepared a few tips in our program in order to avoid weight gain and deal with urges
